1. Introduction
This document sets out the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase (hereinafter, the "Terms and Conditions") for booking stays through the Aparthotel Comtat Sant Jordi website (hereinafter, the "Hotel"), available at https://www.aparthotel-santjordi.com (hereinafter, the "Website").
Booking services through the Website implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the provisions included in these Terms and Conditions.
2. Identification of the parties
In compliance with Article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the parties are identified as follows:

- User/Customer : A User/Customer is considered to be the person who makes a reservation through the Website.
3. Booking process
3.1 Availability
Room availability is subject to confirmation after the booking request is submitted. The user will select their desired dates of stay, room type, and any other available additional services.
3.2 Booking details
The User must provide truthful and complete personal data for the booking process. The Hotel is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate data provided.
3.3 Booking Confirmation
Once the booking request has been submitted, the User will receive a confirmation email with the booking details, including the booking number, room type, dates of stay, and total price. The booking will be considered confirmed and binding once the User receives this confirmation.
4. Pricing and Payment Policy
4.1 Prices
Prices shown on the website are in euros and include VAT. They do not include tourist tax or any other applicable taxes. Prices may vary depending on the booking date and availability.
4.2 Payment methods
Payment will be made via credit/debit card.
4.3 Payment terms
The User must provide the details of a valid credit/debit card when making the reservation through the Website.
Three days before the arrival date, 100% of the reservation fee must be paid.
Upon arrival at the Hotel, the User must provide a credit/debit card as a security deposit, or a cash deposit of 100 euros as a security deposit, to be returned at the end of their stay at the Hotel, if they have not caused any damage to the facilities.
5. Reservation cancellation and modification policy
5.1 Cancellation
The User may cancel or modify their reservation free of charge up to 72 hours before arrival at the Hotel.
If you cancel or modify your reservation within 72 hours, the hotel will charge for the first night. If you do not show up, you will be charged for the entire stay.
5.2 Reservation Modification
Reservation modifications are subject to availability and hotel policies. Any changes to stay dates, room type, or additional services may be subject to price adjustments.
6. Protection of personal data
The personal data provided by the User will be processed in accordance with current data protection legislation and the Privacy Policy.
7. Hotel Responsibility
The Hotel undertakes to provide the services as described on the Website and in these Terms and Conditions. However, the Hotel will not be liable for circumstances beyond its control that may affect the User's stay.
8. Conflict resolution
Any dispute or claim arising from the interpretation or execution of these Conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sant Feliu de Guíxols (Girona, Spain).
9. Modification of the Conditions
The Hotel reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will be valid from the moment they are published on the Website.
